Served on-tap at Al's of Hampden. Special batch of West Shore IPA wet hopped with cascade I believe.

A - Pours slightly murky amber orange with a nice one finger tall white head, quickly dissipating down to a light film, leaving sticky rings of lace on the sides of the glass.

S - Smells of fresh cut grass, tropical fruit rind, pine, caramel and some toasty malt.

T - Starts off with lots of tropical fruit zest and fresh cut grass slowly being joined by some pine resin and some mildly toasted caramel malt. Finish is both bitter and dry, lingering long after the finish.

M - Medium body with moderate carbonation. Smooth, bitter feel with some dryness backing it up.

O - Really enjoyed this one. The added hops really make it pop. Definitely worth trying if you get the chance.

Bright orange body with a bit of haze and a thick, foamy off-white head on top. On the nose are aromas of citrus and earthy hops, with a bit of biscuity malt in the back. Flavor pretty much matches the nose, with a bit more juiciness from the hops up front. Earthy, citrusy, a bit of toasted malt in the back. Feel is very nice with that hint of juiciness and medium carbonation. A nice IPA, which does a nice job with he wet hops.
