Another crowler shared by Kirb, thanks man. Drank along side normal SSU and the coconut version. The brew appears black in color with no head formation.
It smells just like normal sunny side up, a strong coffee presence and earthiness to char. Not getting any peppermint until it warms up and even then its faint.
It tastes bitter and dry like earthy coffee. Minimal mint to speak of like the nose but there is a lingering bitterness and tanic feel moreso than the base version so maybe thats what the mint did to this? Once the brew warms up, there is a hint of mint noticeable.
This is medium to fuller bodied with low carbonation. In my opinion, this is not any better than the base brew. The mint addition might actually make it worse.

32 oz. crowler. Black body. Smell is all peppermint. Very fresh and minty smelling. Vanilla cuts it a little. Some roast. Taste is all peppermint also. Some dark chocolate. Bitter and roasty back end. Some vanilla, not a ton. Medium heavy. I usually don't enjoy peppermint, but it's an interesting addition here. It overwhelms. Kinda nice.
