On tap at 4th Street BBQ in Charleroi PA poured into a pint glass:
Look: Pours a nice hazy yellow to golden color with roughly an inch of head present! Tons of lacing present and retention is great!
Smell: Notes of citrus, pine, grapefruit. Not getting much cantaloupe on the nose.
Taste: Nice citrus and pine up front. Picking up some cantaloupe on the back end which is nice and refreshing. This beer would be great on a hot summer day!
Feel: Medium bodied. Nice and crisp!
Overall: The cantaloupe is a nice addition to the back end of this solid IPA! This beer would be solid on a hot summer day! This is the first beer that I have ever had that contained the fruit cantaloupe. I would definitely revisit this beer again next year if it is brewed again.
