Look: dark gold
Aroma: strong malt and pine
Taste: similar to aroma. Starts with a piney bitterness, then a strong caramel malty flavor and ends with a light and crisp floral finish.
Mouthfeel: perfect for the style, a peg below creamy.
Overall: a great offering from pizza boy. A classic DIPA (very present malt and piney hops) with an unexpected stone fruity finish that rounds out the beer. A very complex and layered beer.
