Al's of Hampden / Pizza Boy Brewing "[Lost In The] Fabric Of Time" (labeled at 7.5% ABV)
16 fl. oz. can coded "WITH LOVE, ALBERT 08.10.20 10:45", and sampled on 08/28/2020
$2.66 at the brewery
Look: Hazy deep gold/amber colored body beneath a finger's width of creamy/rocky off-white foam. Very good + head retention and excellent lacing.
Smell: Strong aroma of citrus, pineapple, and pine.
Taste: Notes of apple and peach join the other notes found in the aroma. The malt is basic, and biscuity. A very firm bitterness balances it and brings it to a dry, lingering finish with some residual notes of pine.
Feel: Medium bodied and crisp with a fine-bubbled carbonation.
Overall: A well made, beautifully balanced IPA that's got a lot of character but doesn't break any new ground. Certainly worth trying.

Can dated 07/31/17 into pint glass. Pours a clear golden amber color with a modest off-white head. Initial impression is citrus, florals, a bit of pine and a nice malt backbone smoothing the whole thing out. Mouthfeel is medium; carbonation is medium and refreshing. Alcohol is well hidden. Finish is sweetish and slightly dry. Really tasty. Could drink several of these.

On-draught @ Monk's Cafe, Philadelphia, PA.
Fruity and floral with plenty of concomitant hop bitterness...it isn't all that well balanced, but there's plenty of pungent hop flavour here.
