16oz can into a pint glass. canned 5/7/18, so 2 months old.
One of the weirdest looking beers I've found. Initially, upon pouring, it looks like a jar of marmalade, there's that many floaties. a decent head quickly dissipates to a ring & faint covering. The floaties slowly sink, which leads to a medium orange hazy top part, and a solid mass of floaties lower half. Since I like marmalade, this did not put me off.
after the excitement of the look, there is nothing at all on the nose, good or bad.
Oh, but the taste is very nice. getting the plums more than the apricot, but both are present. There is a medium hop bite, mostly towards the end.
mouth is around medium, finish is plummy with a bit of a hop bite.
Overall, I love Sabatini's, so was happy to grab this collaboration beer. Well done chaps, a nice brew.
