Dark ruby with a creamy pink head leaving full sheet lacing.
Smell is buttery shortbread with a hint toastiness, as cherry and a mushy floral vegetal note lingers in the background.
Taste is semi-tart but bready with bitter cherry seed via a frothy soft round body with a chewy dry finish.
This is not really the stuff good DIPAs are made of, and it's not really even sour either.
