Look- translucent golden yellow in the glass with a very fizzy head that quickly disappears. No lacing.
Smell- really earthy smelling with musty hay, damp wood and leaves, and also a hint of citrus fruit
Taste- starts out with the musty hay, but not as earthy in the flavor as in the nose. That's followed by a little mango sweetness and finally some citric tartness. No one flavor overwhelms the other, and they all come together nicely
Feel- light-bodied, low carb, very dry finish
Overall- really nice sour ale that's nicely balanced between the between the tart, earthy/musty, and sweet flavors
