The brick red body is somewhat muddled and hazy, but not ugly, with a thin head leaving only a fine chain around the edge.
This is a solid barrel aged sour with an oak character that provides added complexity. Toasted seed and charred oak pair with vinous tannins and red wine grapes while the semi-dry lightly stinging swallow brings up a mild bready note.
