Can dated 8/26/19 into pint glass. Pours a very hazy straw color, with a thin off-white head. Initial impression is muted citrus, a touch of lime, and some biscuit malts in the background. Definitely not an assertive NEIPA. Mouthfeel is reasonably soft but not pillowy; carbonation is medium. Finish is dry and clean, with almost no residual bitterness.
This is an interestingly uninteresting beer. Would probably be a decent starting point for someone beginning their craft beer journey.

Opaque straw yellow with a moderate fluffy white foam and a tall ridge leaving some spongey spots of lace.
Perfumey and herbal but clean and mild, the light crisp bite delivers a hop character that is not definitively expressive and at the same time neither is the malt. The body is moderately light with a fine carbonation and finishes semi-dry. Lightly dank allium develops as it comes to temp.
