Floppy lopsided white froth... Modest retention... Medium gold color with brisk carbonation... Unique nose with notes of buttery croissant and grape juice... The palate is completely different with a light but assertive hop presence and some cereal grains... Light bodied and crisp... Simple and effective which is certainly appropriate given tag line "beer that tastes like beer..."
