Voluminous three finger's plus of off-white froth comprised of big chunky airy bubbles... Excellent retention... Color is a pale straw with some honey undertones... They way the light hits it, it appears to glow a bit... The nose is lead by a sweetness of light caramel and honey, but the rich malt base which is reminiscent of cereal grains shins through.... The sweetness never materializes on the palate and the rich malt base is joined by a surprising noble hop punch... Crisp, medium bodied with sharp carbonation... A bit sticky... Respectable and enjoyable... A welcome reprieve from the all-IPA craze... Nicely done...
