Canned 11. 05. 21.
Moderate pour yields a 3/4 inch white head over a hazy golden body with sticky lacing.
Nose of mostly citrus with slight floral and herbal notes, and even slighter tropical fruit and pine notes.
Taste mirrors nose with juicy citrus giving way to a bit of stonefruit and berry, then fishing fairly bitter and dry.
Quite complex, but very tasty!
Slightly soft mouthfeel but quite fulfilling.
Overall, there's a lot going on in this beer and would recommend to anyone.
