A - Medium gold pour with perfect clarity, dense frothy white lacing, and moderate carbonation.
S - Dry earthy hay, straw aroma with light spiciness and citrus.
T - Crackery light honey malt base with some earthiness and citrus resin buried deep below. Finishes balanced with some lingering underlying citrus resin.
M - Thick for a Pilsner with gentle carbonation and dry on the back of the tongue while the rest of the mouth waters.
O - Aroma is better than the taste and pretty thick for the style.
