Pour is apple juice colored with a fluffy, bubbly white head. Nose has some dusty Brett, lemon and green apple skin. A hint of lactic creaminess. Taste is not quite as bright but very clean. Lots of green apple skin, tart, hints of lactic cream and some leathery dusty Brett. Body is light with moderate carbonation and semi dry.

1 liter growler poured multiple times into a 25 oz snifter. Thanks for the tick, StormKing47!

A: Pours a lightly cloudy yellow-orange with a dense and very fuzzy looking bright white head. The head slowly faded into a very thick collar that stuck around through much of the glass.
S: Belgian style yeast and dry wheat and grains poke through a very floral and somewhat citrus dominated nose. Apples are easily noticeable and smell green, golden and fresh. There is a slight tart quality to the apple as well, but also a sweeter cider quality too.
T: More tart and acidic than the nose let on, but it tartness does not overshadow the bready and dry saison base. I get notes of peppery yeast, chalky wheat, floral bouquet, tart green apples and a good dose of acid. There is some drying funk in the finish, and the aftertaste is full of golden apples and chalky minerals. Slight bubblegum and tropical fruit come through as it warms.
M: Light body, drying, clean and tart mouthfeel with scrubbing acid and soft and bubbly carbonation.
O: A light and easy to drink sour saison. Definitely a unique flavor profile. Flavors are muted when the beer is cold, but near room temperature everything starts to work really well. Overall a beer worth checking out. Thanks again, Josh!

32 oz. growler poured into a snifter.

Appearance - Deep orange. Nice white head. Medium collar. Wispy surface.

Smell - Fruity. Apples. Some acidity. Estery, too. Little bit of citrus and some caramel.

Taste - Lighter apple, but it's still pervasive. Grainier. A bit of tang to it, but nothing resembling sourness. Finishes more like a saison with some bright lemony esters.

Mouthfeel - Pretty crisp. Medium light with medium carbonation.

Overall - So there's nothing bad about this. In fact, all the flavors are good. It just doesn't wow me much.
