This flavorful beer is refreshing, yet not filling. It is made with a combination of fresh Liberty hops from Yakima, Washington and the prized East Kent Goldings aroma hop from England. 2-Row brewers malt is used with a small amount of roasted barley to give it a well-rounded, malty character.

Pours a clear, golden color. 1/6 inch head of a white color. Poor retention and poor lacing. Smells of yeast, slight sweet malt, and a slight metallic flavor. Fits the style of a German Pilsener. Mouth feel is smooth and crisp with an average carbonation level. Tastes of yeast, slight sweet malt, and metallic. Overeall, a rather bland pilsener with lots of room to improve.

A- On-tap poured golden without much head.
S- Grassy, grainy, with slight hoppy fruitiness.
T- Taste is sharp and harsh. Dishsoap is in there somewhere. Honey, grass, pale grain.
M- Thick, lack of carbonation.
D- I wouldn't recommend this beer to anyone for any reason.

Once again it was good looking beer but like their Stout it all goes down hill from there. It had beautiful whit head and lace. The body was a golden straw yellow with tight carbonation bubbles. The smell was weak and sort of chemical with some fruit like esters and it smelled a lot like the Stout and tasted like it too which was odd because of the difference in styles. The taste was light and fruity almost cider like but it also had the same aftertaste as the Stout. The mouthfeel was very thin. Drinkability was average.
