A clouded, murky brown beer with hints of orange, a very small instantly disappearing head. Some curtains.
Smells mainly vinous, Sauternes with raisins and sherry.
Smell of raw brown sugar, brown spiced bread, sherry, yeast and coarse cherry seeds.
A small carbonation but spritzy small bubbles, medium body with an oily feeling, some dry finish.
A bit uneven, and demanding, possibly with dark chocolate or strong cheese.
