Pous intense dark brown - minimal head.

Aromas are hard to describe, some brown sugar, caramel.

Taste is ... just awesome. Seriously one of the best beers to grace my palate, but can I describe it? The release states 'dark beer with caramel and muscovado and Cascade and Perle hops. Tastes of delightful sweetness full of dark chocolate and dark roasted coffee, licorice and an aftertaste of caramel, dark chocolate and coffee.'

Does it?

it doesn't matter, it's like the smoothest stout you ever or never had, like treacle or brown ale on the palate, with all the taste elements being sooo integrated. And really, really different. And subtle. I didn't even mention h*ops.

Divine.
