Organic Trap'en with a very clear clean taste.
Smells faintly roasted like roasted coffee, rye bread and roasted chestnuts. It has fruitiness from the orange and a scent of licorice. It tastes dry and tart.
Starts with a taste of licorice powder to end in English licorice. At the very back you can find coffee.

Copenhagen 26/10 2019. 75 cl bottle from Vinspecialisten, Køge, Brogade, Køge. Bøgedal usual simple, technical label giving specifics on the beer.
Very gushy upon opening. Pours opaque, unclear dark brown with a very big off-white head. Settles as thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense, sweet, lightly roasted and with subtle citric notes. Brown sugar, licorice, dark roasted malts, caramel. Oranges and Citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily almost flat texture.
Flavor has a fairly strong sweetness followed by more moderate citric bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet but with a notable citric and bitter undertone. Lingering.
Despite being in the sweet end of the scale this beer avoids being cloying by a light fruity touch. Nice one.
