This Ale is dry hopped with Simcoe and Centenial hops and then there is a good amount of orange peel in it. This gives it a scent of flowers and citrus like a ripe fruit.

The taste is really well balanced, round and delicious with a perfect bitterness. Pairing: Lunch, herring, spiced herring, grilled fried fish and mushrooms.

Copenhagen 5/7 2018. 75 cl bottle from Best of Beers Webshop. White label saying the essentials What, Where and When.

Pours hazy orange with a big white head. Steady and dense. Settles as a frothy yet thin layer of foam crawling up the side of the glass. Substantial lacing.

Aroma is citric and fairly intense. Citrus, orange, light hints of sugar and sweet fruit, acidic, tart berries.

Light carbonation. Slightly thick, creamy, soft texture. On the verge of being flat.

Flavor is medium sweet - lightly sugar. Followed by slightly stronger citric sour bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingering. Finish is semi-dry.

A light, refreshing and quite tart brew, Reminding me of a Saison. But a nice one.
