Copenhagen 6/7 2018. 75 cl bottle from Best of Beers webshop. Simple label saying the essentials. Type, Method, Hops used, ABV and production date. Simple, serious and authentic. Made to look like something that just has left the Brewery.
Pours hazy orange with a big lively but steady, white head. Very foamy when pouring. Settles as a dense 2,5 cm thick blanket of foam. Massive lacing.
Aroma is a little subdued due to the foam. Sourish. Citrus and lemon. Light fruity sweetness. Acidic.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, very soft texture. Almost flat.
Flavor is lightly sweet. Followed by strong, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a tad watery. The bitterness keeps lingering. Finish is semi-dry.
Fresh, fruity and soft - almost too soft - Summer Beer.
