nitro-tap

Pours jet black with a light tan fine film for a head.

Smell of brown sugar, vanilla, and coffee beans.

Tastes of vanilla, brown sugar, licorice, and a oak and woody hop base.

Light body with a very light carbonation.

Pretty decent stout, very good flavor. Body is good as a nitro pour. Pretty good example of the style and worth trying.

Whoa. And, I'll throw a little hey now in there also. At first this struck me as an atypical oatmeal stout. Then I get this rush of complexity as an aftertaste that struck me and took me aback a bit, even though what was given was more subtle than extreme. This is a great beer. Super smooth feel and way easy to drink.
