A new beer from Cervejaria Munique. On-tap at the source, on to the beer:
That special weiss glass used does wonders for the head and lacing. The color is very faded yellow and clouded, looking like the color of a witbier, and it leaves a tremendous amount of lacing on the glass. It feautres a weak nose with an ABC gum aroma. Taste? It's watery banana, weak bubblegum, and a little graham cracker. The body is light and high carbonated with a light "coating" action it does to my tongue. What does this all add up to? A passable, but underwhelming hefeweizen.
