Described by the brewery as an "Australian Sparkling Ale". Served in shaker pint. Poured a bright, clean, clear yellow color with about 1/2 inch of white head that had OK retention and no lacing.
The aroma was mostly grain, with some floral hops and a bit of yeast.
Same story on the tongue. Tasted like any number of basic 'beers".
The body was mostly crisp, but did have a slight sweetness on the the finish.
Drinkability was fine, the was smooth and went down easily. Overall, a good beer to grab a growler of for a lawnmower brew.
