Pretty cool, didn't realize how limited this was, had a little at Naked City yesterday.
Brown, with a light ring of fading head. Sharp acetic note starts the experience. With time, a bit of caramel lemon sour appears too and an earthiness. Still dominated by that acetic flavor, which fades a bit throughout the glass. Fairly thin body, maybe a little thicker than many sours, there was a little bit of sweetness balancing that sharp acidity. Pretty good stuff.

Multiple 4oz pours at Seattle's recent Belgianfest. Poured a nice deep red/amber brown color with just a trace of light tan head that had low retention and lacing.
The sour note hits the nose first, with the earthy fruitiness of the base beer supporting. There was also a hint of wine from the barrels it was aged in. That description also fits the taste pretty well. Very sour at first, the tang subsides and reveals a very pleasant and brew.
The body was good, smooth and just short of full. Drinkability was very good, I would have liked to settle in with a couple of tulips of and watched the afternoon go by.
Overall, one of the highlights of the fest. There is a limited amount of this available at the pub and I recommend getting over there pronto.
