This beer is brewed with 15% Rye malt, dry-hopped with Falconers Flight hops and uses an English yeast strain.

Served in straight pint glass. Poured a red-brown color with 3/4 inch of off-white head that had good retention and decent lacing.

There's a nice hop scent featuring some good pine, a bit of floral and a solid Rye sharpness. The flavors had some citrus hops upfront then the other hop characteristics kick in. The Rye adds a solid grain crispness and enriches the the overall taste.

The body is nicely full without being heavy or sticky. Drinkability is very good, I can see easily having a handful of these. Overall, a very nice brew that you should certainly try if you see it.
