A: Poured a cloudy deep yellowish with golden hues, decenelt looking white cap, bubbles and spotty lacing. Not much on head retention though.
S: A dash of passion fruit anf flowers on the nose but pretty tame and not as aromatic as I like. Zythos can give a nice nose when done right.
T: Initial floral anc light passion fruit combined with some citrus, Earthy, grainey undertone with a fading taste profile and a subtle dry but bitter lingeringing finish
M: Medium bodied, well carbonated
O: The Harmon recently pulled off a fantastic IPA with Zythose and it really pulled it off well. Not sure but the light tropical fruits, grapefruit and other seemed to be buried on this beer.

Draft at the brewpub in Seattle.
Pours a cloudy golden yellow color with a half finger white head that quickly fades into a thin ring. Minimal spotty lacing.
Floral, slightly earthy aroma with lots of grassy hop notes countered by bready yeast and pale malts. Soil like with some pine needle, light fruit and biscuit.
Medium bodied with a nice balance of crisp hops, sweet fruit, bready yeast and pale malt. Hints of grass and pine followed by sweet apple, caramel malt, straw and biscuit Hop flavor is nice but becomes overpowered by the other notes. Dry finish.
