Served in straight pint glass. Poured a lightly hazy golden straw yellow color with less than 1/2 inch of white head that had moderate retention and decent lacing.
The aroma was mostly a nice blend of citrus and floral hops, with a lightly grainy malt undertone. The story was pretty similar on the tongue, perhaps with the citrus notes having a bit more of a presence.
The body was medium light, smooth, and had a dry finish. Drinkability was excellent, you could easily pour these down all day and night with no trouble. Overall, another fine brew by NC. Certainly worth your time, and very close to a must try.
