Ohoove grabbed this as a growler from the new Torrington location. This is a somewhat cloudy mahogany colored brew with a modest off-white head and lots of lacing. The aroma is light citrus and some grassy malt, very subtle, not much of a statement. The taste brings a bright citrus herbal hop and a little maple brown sugar. Modest carbonation and midland feel. Very good drinkability with goodly grapefruit highlights. This is a reasonably mellow dipa with good feel and flavor. A pleasing choice.
