Amber colour, chestnut, clear. White foam, very high and long-lasting. Small bubbles leave traces on the glass.
Aroma pleasantly sweet, caramel, malty, with some grassy hoppy notes, accents of dried fruit and maybe even slightly smoky notes.
Taste generally sweet, with a dry finish. The bitterness is reminiscent of burnt sugar, caramel.
Saturation high, quickly creates a feeling of satiety. The high saturation makes the body seem fuller than it actually is, it is medium. Texture pleasantly smooth. Aftertaste sweet with a longer dry finish.

75cl bottle acquired in Strasbourg, France, and poured into ZBF 2010 stemware in me friend's gaff in Ghent, Belgium. Reviewed live.
A: Two finger head devoid of cream, extremely thin, and of laughably bad retention. Nontransparent dark copper-red colour with floating yeast particles.
Sm: Restrained amber hops, and maybe toilet freshener? Artificial faux-muted-lemon fruit esters. Fail. A moderate strength scent, but thick almost to the point of ammonia. Pungent.
T: Toilet freshener or maybe bad mouth scent. Some decent moderately dark fruit esters on the finish. The finish is actually the only tolerable part of this beer. The body is nothing short of abysmal. Wretchedly awful. Horrible. Just fecking terrible-like. Jaysus lads, seriously.
Mf: Smooth and wet. Lets the toilet freshener slide down quickly, so props for that.
Dr: Fairly high ABV, and tough to choke down. This may be me second drain pour in history. Not watery at least, so I can't give it an F on general principle. The price is pretty fair.
No, wait. Hold on. It's going down the drain.
