This was presented to our Monday tasting group on 1/3/2005. The brew was bottle conditioned. After being poured the color revealed was that of a dark honey type. Swirling the glass on several occasions did not stir up much of a head at all, however, the beer had a nice mouth feel. The nose (and keep smelling it every so often as it warrms) is very distinctive with banana and some other spices.
The taste was very similar to the 2003 production year of Victory's Moonglow. A great deal of banana, corriander, and plums. A great deal of malt was also noted. I like it quite a lot.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
