Snow white, creamy head, less than a finger but very sticky and a bright golden color with crystal clarity. Faint lightly toasted malt and mossy hop notes that are bitter, drying, and a tad funky. The flavors start subtly and grow stronger as it warms. Dry grains that are somewhat smokey and chary, slight berry fruit gives it a nice tart balance. The malt plays on a level of mild sweetness and avoids too much flavor. Light bodied and a so so mouthfeel, a bit watery but good crisp carbonation that doesnt foam up too much. Some dry, vinous characters on an otherwise clean finish. True to style and a go-to beer on a hot day.
