Poured a light brass hue with a one finger foamy white head. There was good retention and lacing.
The smell and taste featured a balance of round pale malts and citrusy hops.
The mouthfeel was typical of the style.
Overall a tasty pale ale.

22oz bottle at fridge temp poured into a snifter. no freshness info. "brewed for kueka brewing company under contract by custom brewcrafters"
pours out a slightly hazy deep golden color. a vigorous pour yields not even 1 finger of head that is gone within minutes. the second pour from the bomber has a slightly better head and lace.
this says this is brewed with simcoe hops, im having a hard time picking up any hops. i mostly get a buttery biscuit/ grain character. as it warms theres a touch of citrus and maybe some herbal pine in the back.
not a whole lot going on, bready grains, buttery, a light yet sharp citrus hop kick with some lingering piney bitterness.
kind of a weak light body, watery. strong carbonation. very crisp.
this didnt really do it for me. freshness might have something to do with it. id give it another try at the brewery on tap, but wouldnt suggest a bomber. tastes like another disapointment from CB's.
