On-tap at Bronx Ale House, Bronx, NY
A: The beer is amber-yellow in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with an eighth of an inch high white head that died down leaving a patch of bubbles in the center of the glass and a collar around the edge.
S: Lively aromas of fruits are present in the nose along with some notes of malts.
T: The taste is very similar to the smell and also had hints of sweetness and bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and slightly thick on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer does not taste like a tripel but is an interesting beer nonetheless. The alcohol is very well masked.
