A: nice descent head, slight haze, pale blonde colour

S: some crispyness, biscuitty, some apple, hints of hops

T: loads of fruit, apple, peach among it, not overtly sweet, hint of hops at the back, some slight mirkiness which knocks it down a bit

M: slightly undercarbonated, crisp

O: pleasant beer, but won't go looking for it

750ml swing top bottle bought from The House Of 100 Breton Beers, Locranon, France

Poured a crystal clear pale golden yellow colour... White head poured thick and foamy then faded quickly to a thin layer... quite a lot of carbonation shoots to the surface...light sticky lacing...

Aroma - Spicy fruits (grapefruits, pears, some light pineapple), very light biscuity malts, some floral notes, faint lambic like earthiness, vanilla, some cloves, grassy / pine hops...

Taste - Light fruitiness (apples, lemons, some pears and grapefruits), some creaminess, metallic traces, light biscuitiness, salty notes, peppery, typical Belgian yeasty notes, light floral hop bitterness, no real sweetness...

Feel - Pretty sharp and dry. Light body... Very refreshing and drinkable...

Overall - A very clean and crisp standard Belgian pale ale.... Worth a try...

Appearance: Pours a hazy golden color that edges on pale amber; the head foamed up but faded rather quickly to a modest cap; not much lacing

Smell: Powerfully phenolic, with an overwhelming aroma of band-aid

Taste: Tastes like a band-aid, too, from start to finish

Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with spritzy
carbonation

Overall: Hard to imagine anything much worse - to think I lugged this all the way home from France - incroyable
