Apple cider-esque hazy brown with orange highlights and a cakey off-white head that clings marvelously from top to bottom of the glass. Smell is dominated by floral hops that are crisp and distinct though none too strong. Any concerns about the weakness of the hops are instantly alleviated from the first sip. Taste is heavily hopped from start to finish and appropriately bitter. Malt base is short and fleeting; more balance would make this a superior IPA. Nice, crisp mouthfeel with a little more cling than is typical for this style. This might just displace BBC's pale ale as my favorite.
