A special treat with a light palate, rich body and fruity tones. Light clove and lemon aroma are gently laced with banana. Vision Weiss is served absolutely unfined (and, of course, unfiltered).

One dollar from each pint of Vision sold at Lennie’s throughout the season will be donated to the Cardinal Stage Company. A portion of sales of each keg will also be donated by the brewery.

Well well well...a weiss on hand pull. I've heard that BBC's beer is inconsistent, and judging from previous reviews it is. But this beer I found to be quite nice, perhaps its just my desire for cask ale. The beer doesn't look very nice...very yellow without much of a head, just a little tiny fine bubbled nitro-atmospheric-gas head...not bad. I always tend to associate weiss with lots of CO2 as well, which this one definately lacked. But no matter. The nose was great...spicy and very estery...lots of bananas. The taste was also quite fruity but not sweet...still refreshing. I did miss the bubbles in a weiss, but not that is hurt the flavor...as a matter of fact, I think it helped. The mouthfeel I thought was quite nice...smooth but sitll thin enough to be refreshing. An exceptionally drinkable beer.

This brew poured a medium head of fine white bubbles that were mostly lasting that left a good lacing and a cloudy orange colored body. It has a very mild malt aroma and a very flavorful apricot finish with a buttery flavor. This was not a very impressive Weiss.

This beer poured a medium white head with fine sized bubbles. There was very little lacing on the sides of my glass and the body was cloudy. The aroma was mild with very little character to it. It was a watery beer and I was not impressed by the flavor of this wheat beer.

Poured an interesting dark orangish-brown color with red hues. The head was part soda-like (relatively large, shortlasting bubbles) and part beer-like. The head and the carbonation lasted a very short time, leaving me with a flat beer that drank very smoothly but smelled and tasted, well, flat. The fruit and cloves flavors were there but quite muted and not well-integrated. I didn't detect any yeastiness despite its Hefeweizen origins. I hope and suspect that I got a bad part of an unexceptional batch. For now, I'll stick with the more dependable Quarrymen's Pale Ale.
