A champagne of a beer, the Secca Brut Session IPA carries itself fresh, crisp and sparkly with a dry juicy finish. There's no bitter here to clash with the nice citrus note!

Had Secca poured from pint can, bottom stamped "CANNED ON 12/04/20," into nonic pint.
Pours bright but light-gold with crystal clarity and 1-finger near-white head, with good retention, leaving lacy rings down the glass. Aroma is citrusy and grassy off the pour, but both tart and sweet stone fruit as warms. Begins crisp citrus over sweet mild malt, which steadily drops into a drying, ever crisper finish.
On-style Brut IPA, and probably my favorite session IPA ever.
