A-Ruby orange, some carbonation, not much head either.
S-Cherry some darker fruits, not much else.
T-Too much cherry, little bit of plums, but the cherry dominates everything else. No bitterness.
M-Medium bodied, well carbonated.
O-Too much cherry at the end of the day. Balance needs to be worked out for this beer to improve.

On tap at Tomlinson Tap Room. Poured a decent light copper color with some very nice head and decent lacing. Fruity and spicy aromas, with a bit of pepper and cherry underneath a nice thick maltiness. Good flavors, a nice spicy Belgian yeast profile with some dark fruit and some sweet sugar and malt flavors. Goes down well, although with a bit of alcohol heat.
