According to Simon at Le Cave des Bulles, the grain used for this beer is what is left after making the l'hivern ale. At least I think that is what I remember him saying. (I am writing this down about 10 hours after my first visit to see him.)

Pours a hazy amber touched gold with a white head that falls quickly. Nose is like cooked bread just slightly overdone to give it a toasted quality. Minor fruits mixed in. Flavor is bringing a bit of the same. Mild sweet tones. Mild lemon citrus on the back side as well. Feel has a fairly full carbonation. Liquid is smooth and about typical. An easy to drink beer, though might be a bit too grain forward for some, or to make it a session ale.

Side note: watch out for the sediment on the bottom. (If that type of thing bothers you.)
