33 cl bottle poured into a common glass in Toulouse, France. Packed on 9/18/2023 in celebration of the brewery’s 10th Anniversary.
Almost no foam on a deep copper brew.
Nose is sweet sweet caramel malt an lots of alcohol.
Taste fits the nose; big gooey sweet malt and a fitting burn. There’s some fruits, yeah, but this is just a big boozy sugar bomb. But it’s good.,.
Mouth is thick and full, got low carbonation.
Overall, this gluten-free, fully Organic brew is a slow sipper with a kick.
