Shiny solid golden color with a thick three finger head with good retention and leaving laces.
Aroma with notes of grapefruit and tangerine citrusy, peaches and malt sweetness.
Flavor with notes of pine, lots of tangerines, malt sweetness, melon and tea leaves. Dry and bitter aftertaste. Long and steady with no sharp edges.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
Assertive and citrusy American IPA with sharp tangerine notes. This is so much better than the non “Viva” version (pasteurized). Not super complex, but it has an impeccable execution and feels very fresh. Huge drinkability.
