It took time to finally taste Backer Trigo, but the moment came at Escadabaixo. On to the beer:
Why so full of yeast? I know the style is supposed to be cloudy, but this beer looks like one big glass of yellow orange yeast culture. Little head is formed on the pour. My hope is restored with a honest aroma featuring banana, cream, and a note of clove. This momentum is carried onto the flavor of the beer. The mix of flavors is there. I find banana, crisp wheat, phenols, cream, and cinnamon. This beer relies on a light body with gently crisp carbonation, helping make Backer Trigo a good drinkable beer.
Not a pretty beer, but it does have personality.

Picked up in Brazil a few days ago, shared with rudzud.
Light fizzy head super hazy murky orange yellow wheat color.
Nose brings mild yeast, with lots of wheat and grassy, little orange, cereal grains, not as good as when I had it in Brazil.
Taste brings more sweet malts, a little syrupy and candy, plenty of wheat and grassy straw, auth mild spices and some citrus notes. Nice sweet candy orange peel, no bitterness. Finish is sticky sweet, candy orange, little grain, wheat, etc.
Mouth is med bod, light creamy, sticky sweet, decent carb.

Thanks to JLindros for sharing.
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice hazy straw yellow with a thin white head that fades to leave thin wisps and a light halo.
S - Aromas of light lemons, faint wheat, fair amount of yeast. Crackery.
T - Taste is similar to the nose, lemons, wheat, grains, yeast, crackers, light esters and malts.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, slightly creamy, decent feel.
O - Overall this beer was decent, still this.could be much better.

It is the second time I drink, and it was better than the first time. The cost-benefit is great and, despite having taken very little of this style is not as bad as who does not like talking. The predominant flavor of cloves, besides lightness to tasting. The cloudy appearance makes rustic in the best sense of the word. Now, beer is good even in the Central Market of Belo Horizonte, in a single Tulip 500 ml!

330ml bottle served in a small tulip glass.
A: Pours a pale and hazy yellow color. Unfiltered Hefeweizen. Forms a small white and bubbled head with low retention and practically no lacings left in the glass
S: Sweet and fruity. Strong wheat. Traditional banana and gloves. Bready yeasts and some flowery hops
T: Slightly sweet upfront. Notes of banana. Strong on wheat and bread. In overall, a mild sweet taste which is balanced and expected by the style. Practically no hops bitterness which is also expected
M: Medium body. Creamy. Medium carbonation. Wheat and fruits in the aftertaste
O: Good drinkability. Very honest Hefeweizen made in Brazil

Golden and hazy color. Poured no foam and no residual lace.
Typical banana and clove aroma.
Good carbonation. Medium body, richer than some Weiss beers. Good flavor, follows aroma and with a zesty and citric twist. Yeast is also very present. Medium sweetness, seemed balanced.
Reasonably faithful to its kind, good beer.
