300 ml bottle served in a mug at La Internacional Cerveceria in Cozumel, MEX.
As expected, the body is very dark brown; clear but opaque in the glass; decent head; spotty lacing.
Overly light aroma; a stronger flavor than the aroma suggests but still relatively mild. Moderately sweet.
O: perhaps more like a schwarzbier than a German dunkel. Improved with warming.

A: is a deep brown beer in color, it presents some reddish tints. It is traslucent and clear. Carbonation constant and richy, it generates a creamy head tant in color, with nice retention
S: a good aroma for caramel malts and some toast notes, nuts,
T: there is Munich malt, is too sweet altought is not cloying, caramel, nuts and some creamy chocolate, i think the caramel notes are too much, medium light body and medium dry finish

It pours very dark ruby color with a nice almost fluffy light tan head. The smell is malty sweet, caramel and a little roasted malt. The taste is a little too caramel sweet for me, not quite cloying but getting there. There are some nice roasty chocolate flavors floating around too. The mouthfeel is on the heavy side, but not overly heavy with a decent amount of carbonation to let the flavors get out. It is a fairly drinkable beer, my first Uruguain beer in Uruguay.
