Brewed exclusively for Mocotó by Cervejaria Bamberg , one of Brazil's most award winning restaurants. Shared a bottle with a few friends at the restaurant. It comes with a plain while label with black print. On to the beer:
A soapy head rests o top this bright yellow beer, and the retention of the head is quite good too. The aroma is weak though. It brings a kiss of honey, a little hay, but overall weak. Now, Bamberg Helles is quite good, so it is a disappointment that the same brewery makes this mediocre liquid and calls it a helles. The flavor is quite light, with hay and husk notes dancing around lightly. It's a light bodied beverage with carbonation character akin to tonic water.
Relatively weak beer, especially given the backgrounds of Bamberg and Mocotó. Don't worry, the restaurant also serves Colorado Indica and the food is very good.
