kegs. So it couldn't be fresher. Though a pity I haven’t drunk it over their original and unique Weiss glass.
Cloudy amber orange color with lots of a very consistent head with long retention and leaving marks.
Light aroma of banana and yeast with hints of cloves.
Delicious flavor with banana very present, maybe more than average for style (not sure it having it real fresh increased the sensation) but far from getting tired of it. Probably given it also has a zesty taste with hints of orange peel. A bit dry and fruity aftertaste.
This is a very nice wheat beer (I am trying to recall if I have tasted any local one better than this), and given the nature of the style having it right off the tanks is hard to beat.

Single bottle purchased from Costi Bebidas (Porto Alegre - RS), on to the beer:
Not a lot of head or lacing from this semi-hazy, golden honey blonde wheat beer. The aroma sparks some interest back into me. The bubblegum found in the nose is strong, and alongside is some shredded wheat. The flavor consists mostly of bubblegum...it makes me want to sing the Bubblegum Song, or listen to bubblegum music. Some malted wheat makes brief enterences to my palate, but the show belongs to the gum. The body is tight with some carbonation, making the overall drinking experience qutie good.
Nice. Not the best wheat ale around, but a solid craft offering from this new Brazilian brewery.
