Finalizing the Bamberg weekend self promoted festival.
Cristal golden Color with a short head retention.
Light aroma of malt e hops, hints of vanilla.
Incredible refreshing sensation with a good bitterness that lingers in the aftertaste. Hints of biscuit, earthy and grassy hops and minerals.
Very nice Munich Helles, balanced and fun to drink with good drinkability without being boring.

355ml bottle served in a Thumbler.
A: Pours a golden yellow color, slightly cloudy. Forms a big fluffly aired head. Good retention and many chunks of lace formed and left in the glass
S: Sweet. Sweet grains. Honey. Flowery hops
T: Sweet and grainy. Solid malts backbone with notes of honey, vanilla and hops which seems to be Czech. Bready. In overall, a dry taste. Good but moderate hop bitterness
M: Light body. Good carbonation. Grains aftertaste
O: Good drinkability. Well done beer. It seems that Bamberg is taking it seriously ;)

A new beer by Cervejaria Bamberg. From the taps of Emporio Alto dos Pinheiros, on to the beer:
Classic yellow colored lager with a creamy thick head on top, retention and lacing in the glass are satisfying to the eyes. The nose is a little sweet, errr, "Brazilian sweet", pale malt sweetness, vanilla and honey. A sweet tasting golden lager, it follow the Brazilian liking of an extra dose of honey and graham cracker along with the standard pale malt sweetness and lightly hopped note. Smooth and drinkable like the other Bamberg beers.
While I did like this beer, the extra sweetness in comparison to the pilsner has me favoring the pilsner for next time.
