On tap at the Aachener Brauhaus. As I understood it from the nice Germans sitting next to me, this is a contract brew specifically for the Aachener Brauhaus. In a very friendly way, they admonished me for being at the Aachener Brauhaus and drinking something besides this first. Brewed with lager malts but ale yeast.
A- Pale gold, crystal clear, with a firm white head, one finger thick which faded into a decent web.
S- Biscuity aroma with some greenish/grainy aroma underneath.
T- Grainy maltiness with some green noble hops. Floury with a bit of butter, but with the slightest tinge of tropical fruit.
M- Very light bodied with a moderate amount of carbonation.
D- Very drinkable. Light ABV, pretty tasty, and smooth going down. Worth the trip to the Aachener Brauhaus.
