Pours quite dark yet exceptionally clear, decent head but it quickly dissipates.
Smells pretty straight forward, malty toasted caramel, much better than other Mexican beers ;)
Taste is surprisingly complex and balanced compared to the smell. Finishes nicely, VERY easy to drink.
Carbonation is nice despite minimal bubbles, smooth finish that gives you the confidence to have another round or two. (Be careful!)
Had this beer in Mexico City at Pata Negra in the Historic Centro District late at night and it wasn’t exactly cold. I would imagine it’s even better cold. I don’t drink a lot of Bocks because of how dark and heavy they are but I could drink a few of these easy. Had dinner and other drinks before this and it’s still going down easy. Highly recommend if you like bocks!

Look is good, dark pale color, medium head and retention. First smell: pineapple, then malty and sugar cane with alcohol. Taste is strong with short sweet notes but very drinkable for 8.1%. Not expensive, two or three bottles and will be drunk.

I wasnt expecting much, but this was a pleasant surprise.
Nice dark golden color, with very small head, and little retention.
The smell is discrete but good. Very malty.
Taste is really nice. Sweet malts in the front. Caramel with Hints of banana, maybe. Alcohol Is there but doesnt take over, specially for its 8%.
The hops are also discrete, but present in the after taste.
Taste Is really nice. Low carbonation, but doesnt feel watery.
Not too complex. Balance Is on the malts-sweet side, but It Is a very flavorful beer. Enjoyable.
For the price (about 1.5 dlls in mexican supermakets) this is a really good deal.

Nice Bock of an almost transparent golden color and a small foam that leaves a lace.
Smell and taste are malty with notes of caramel, honey and subtle notes of grains. Hoppy character is nice, specially for a bock; providing floral notes in the taste.
Great body and ABV well hidden (surprisingly I would say). Carbonation could be higher though.

Pours golden, hazy with a white foam head with very good retention. Smell is malty, sweet and alcoholic, hops are not there. Taste is malty, not complex at all, just strong alcohol with malt taste and a dry bitterness in the after taste. Very nice body with a moderate carbonation. Overall a nice helles bock you can buy in the supermarket.

Amber golden color with a thin head with short retention.
Aroma with notes of bready malt and mild smoked at first, a hint of caramel and grassy and spicy hops.
Flavor with predominant notes of bread crust, grainy malt, hint of wood and grassy and spicy hops. Dry aftertaste with a firm medium bitterness.
Bordering medium body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 8.1% abv is incredibly absent.
Well executed Helles bock, well attenuated and assertive.
