Poured from a 330mL stubby bottle into a tall kitchen glass. Best by April 2023.
Appearance: light golden hue with a dash of haze and a bit of effervescence. Head is a finger of frothy white foam. Not too bad.
Smell: nicely malty with a dash of bready yeastiness. Not much in the way of hops, but for a 3.6% light lager, this does deliver some decent aroma.
Taste: the malt is lighter than in the aroma, but there is some hop bitterness here that is nice.
Mouthfeel: medium-light body with plenty of carbonation and a decent creaminess.
Overall: there’s plenty of flavor here for a 3.6% light lager, and at that ABV, it is drinkable as heck.
